Art Recycle
What if we gathered most of the packaging we throw away over the course of a month and placed it all inside a 5-liter plastic bottle?

That's how the idea for this experiment was born.
Collecting a significant amount of recyclable waste and placing it side by side can be shocking, making this exercise a thought-provoking reflection on what we consume, why we consume, where it comes from, and where all this packaging ends up.

This quantity increases significantly in households that order food delivery daily—a trend we saw quite a lot of, for example, during the pandemic.
For this project, all 214 packaging items and fragments were photographed individually before being placed inside the bottle. During the editing phase, the photos were cut out and arranged to provide a clear visual sense of the quantity and what fit inside the bottle, which measures approximately 18cm in diameter and 30cm in height.
