The goal of this challenge was to validate 5 ideas born from a Trainee program. In this project, I actively participated in all stages, from assisting in facilitating workshops with stakeholders and creators, building prototypes, conducting tests, to delivering the report containing all the information collected during the tests.
Workshop
In this exercise, we mapped the understanding of the ideas and their sub-processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to understand the best solution path for designing the flow and the digital interface.
Flows
After diving into the data collected during the workshop, I created the navigation flows for the various journeys before starting the wireframe design.
Interactive Prototypes
The goal of creating the prototypes was to make the navigation as close as possible to that of a real app in order to avoid any distractions, focusing on gathering impressions regarding the idea itself and the usefulness of each service. The visual aspect (visual language, colors, typography) would be addressed at a later stage.
Teste de guerrilha
Teste de guerrilha
Guerrilla testing was used as an alternative to quickly and cost-effectively validate all the ideas. All tests were conducted with the public in malls, restaurants, airports, and parking lots.
The experience provided such valuable insights that I even wrote an article on Medium offering tips on how and when it is worth applying guerrilla testing.

Reports
Finally, we delivered detailed reports on users' perceptions of the ideas themselves, the app's usability, and the corrections made based on user feedback from the tests. The sample below was just one of the four reports I produced.
